Affiliate program

If you are thinking of recommending our services to other people you have a great opportunity to earn interest on monthly subscription fees paid by customers referred by you. The affiliate program applies to the following services:

For example, if a customer referred by you buys a yearly subscription to our “Start” service you will receive LVL 4.99*12*7%=LVL 4.19 per year.

If a customer referred by you also brings in new customers you are entitled to a bonus. For example, if such a customer attracts 3 new users who also buy yearly subscriptions to our “Start” service you will additionally receive LVL 4.99*12*3%*3=LVL 5.39.

How are referrals registered?

• A new customer can specify you as the referrer when filling in a service application form at Serveris.lv, in which case you will be listed in our database as the referrer of the customer for that particular service.
• You can publish a link or a banner with your referral ID on your website or send it to a potential customer by e-mail. If a visitor comes to our website through your link and subscribes to a service within 1 month from the first visit you will be registered as the referrer (we will remember the customer by IP and a cookie file). Links and banners are available from http://acc.serveris.lv if you are a customer of Serveris.lv. If you aren’t please fill in the form at the bottom of this page.
• You will be able to follow information on referred customers and your earnings in the http://acc.serveris.lv billing system.

Conditions and restrictions

• You will need a bank account (to receive money);
• Commission is calculated after customers referred by you have paid for their subscriptions (to prevent false referrals);
• Commission is disbursed when the minimum disbursement amount is reached;
• Commission is not paid for self-referrals;
• We do not encourage spam and advertising at websites with obscene, sexually explicit or violent content;
• Commissions earned by affiliates that have violated or attempted to bypass these terms and conditions may get annulled. Recurrent violations may result in permanent removal from our affiliate program.

Payment procedures

• Minimum commission disbursement amount – LVL 25.
• Commissions are disbursed based on payment requests. You can send a payment request from your account at http://acc.serveris.lv.
• Commission amounts are shown exclusive of taxes. If you are a legal entity (a VAT taxpayer) you may have to add VAT to your invoice to SIA „Datateks”. If you are a private individual income tax may be deducted from the commission amount.
